Schedule an Appointment

To our valued members,

To ensure the safety of our members and employees and to provide a smooth experience, all pickups and inspections  must now be scheduled online by appointment. Appointment times are usually available M-Th from 9AM to 3:30PM and some Saturdays for limited hours. Pickup appointment times are scheduled in 20 minute time increments allowing space between each appointment.

Please do not schedule more than one appointment for pickup (e.g. don't block out multiple times because you are not sure if you can make the the first scheduled time). We typically allow for a two hour window for you to make your appointment. For example, if you schedule for 9 a.m., please try to make it by 9 a.m., however, we understand if you cannot show up until later. 

Time slots for Monday and Tuesday typically fill up very fast, so please schedule your pickup with as much advanced notice as possible. Appointments can be scheduled 18 hours (or more) in advance. 

If you are not finding any available time slots, please call us at (888) 77 BLITZ to try and coordinate a time. While we will do our best to accommodate, last minute drop-ins for pickup without an appointment will typically be asked to schedule for another day. Again, this is to ensure the safety and smooth pick up experience for members and employees. 

To ensure there is not any delay in picking your items, please pay any amount outstanding on your invoice(s) prior to scheduling an appointment for pickup.
