Payment Instructions

Full payment is due immediately upon winning the auction. Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method you have on file. If the payment method on file is not active or valid and if payment is not received within 3 days of auction close, items will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale. Any right to the item will be forfeited and a 15% relisting fee may be charged.

Pickup Instructions

Items MUST be picked up from the auction address within 10 days of the auction close date. Any item left past that date will be considered abandoned and any right to the item will be void. Any payments will NOT be refunded. If you will not be able to remove the item by the end of the 10 day period, please contact us immediately after the auction close date.

Other Terms

Buyer's Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all auction and buy out items.
Refunds and Returns: Items are all sold as-is and no refunds will be provided.
Product Photos: Product photos may not directly represent the cosmetic, physical, or functional condition of the item. Bidders / Buyers are urged to inspect the item at the inspection address prior to bidding.
Shipping: Items won in auction or purchased directly may be shipped to the buyer solely at the buyer's expense. Buyers must pay for the cost of shipping upfront at the time the item is purchased. The correct recipient address must be used when purchasing the item. If the incorrect address is used, the buyer may be able to contact the shipping service used to have the package rerouted. This will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Additional insurance can be purchased when paying for the item. Any damage caused by shipping will be the responsibility of buyer and/or shipper.
